Enquiry
Product, size, quantity and destination port. A photo of the old sign is enough to start.
Quotation
Itemised FOB and CIF, with the grade we recommend and why.
Sample
A4 swatches or a full trial roll, so grade and print are settled before production.
Order & deposit
Proforma invoice countersigned; production is scheduled when the deposit clears.
Production
Coating, printing and QC photos before packing — sent to you unprompted.
Shipment
Container loaded at Ningbo-Zhoushan; documents and B/L copy by email.
Indicative timings for a standard order. A tender with third-party testing adds 7–10 days; we state the date on the quotation rather than on this page.

Stated before you ask, and repeated on every quotation.
Or 100 pcs per size for finished signs. Sizes and colours can be mixed in one order — a first order usually is.
Stock-grade swatches are free, freight collect. A 1.22 m × 5 m trial roll is charged at cost and refunded against the first order above 100 rolls.
30% deposit with the order, 70% against the B/L copy. L/C at sight, confirmed, is also accepted. Invoiced in USD, EUR or CNY.
15–20 days for stock grades, 25–30 for a custom colour or width. Urgent work-zone orders ship from finished stock in 7 days.
Moisture-barrier bag, carton and strapping on a pallet. Every shipment carries a batch certificate with the measured retroreflectivity and the lot number.
FOB Ningbo by default; CIF and DAP quoted on request. For a first container CIF is usually the simpler comparison against your local distributor.
